Adorno Nonprofit fosters a thriving ecosystem for design by empowering the next generation of creators and amplifying their impact globally. Functioning as the non-profit arm of adorno.design, we initiate projects that unite design students, educators, and professionals from across the region to cultivate collaboration, inspire innovation, and build a sustainable future.
Our mission is to bridge institutional gaps, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and provide platforms where emerging designers can showcase their work, engage with peers, and form meaningful connections with industry stakeholders. By celebrating Nordic identity and design excellence, we aim to strengthen the region’s creative landscape while positioning Nordic design as a global reference for thoughtful, sustainable, and forward-thinking craftsmanship.

The Nordic Young Designers Network (NYDN) brings design students from the Nordic countries; design and art academies; student organisations; design professionals; and design enthusiasts together on the platform graduates.design. The pilot project was launched successfully in 2021 as an initiative of ADORNO and the support of the Nordic Culture Point.
